Attorney Todd Burbine is an exceptional communicator who graduated from the University of New Hampshire (1996), where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication, thereafter, obtained his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School (2003). Mr. Burbine has been very successful as a lawyer focusing his practice on real estate law, in particular, foreclosure defense, local municipal law, probate and estate planning and divorces.
Mr. Burbine has extensive experience in real estate law and runs his own real estate development company. Mr. Burbine can help with all your real estate needs from contract to closing and is also very experienced in estate planning. Mr. Burbine has developed relationships with accountants and investment advisors to help with simple or complex investment estate planning matters.
Before starting his own firm, Mr. Burbine worked for several local municipalities as Assistant City Attorney and has also represented clients before boards and administrative bodies of all types of government agencies, from local, county, state and federal, and has experience and know how in dealing with both the institutions and personalities which fashion laws at the state and local level. Mr. Burbine extends his practice to provide representation in the areas of development, planning and land use law, licensure of professions, business endeavors, and other regulatory areas. In addition, he assist clients affected by determinations and interpretations of local ordinances and statutes administered by local, county and state government agencies.
Mr. Burbine represents clients in matters of rezoning, planned unit developments; conditional use permits, zoning, variances, and other permit and development issues. Our clients have included local municipalities, trusts, partnerships and commercial and residential property owners. Mr. Burbine can also help with the nuisence abatement defense and defense to any other local municipal government violations or citations.
